The basic objective of this study was to find out the impact of organizational justice on employees' burnout. This study was conducted at (20) private hospitals in Riyadh. Organizational Justice Questionnaire (Niehoff and Moorman, 1993), and Burnout Inventory (Maslach, 1982) were used for data collection. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 15 Version) was used for data analysis. Pearson Correlation shows that organizational justice has a significant relationship with employees' burnout.

Learning in the workplace cannot take place in vacuum. Workplace learning, while very important, requires an important requirement and conditions. Employees' psychological empowerment is predicted to act as the most important antecedents for workplace learning for 21st century workforce. Hence, this study aims at testing the impact of psychological empowerment in particular on the workplace learning in the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Saudi Arabia.

اللفظ (دون) من أكثر ألفاظ العربية استعمالًا في مستوياتها الفصيحة واللهجية، القديمة منها والمعاصرة، وميّز اللغويون والنحويون بين حالين لاستعمالها، أمّا إحداهما فاستعمالها ظرفًا مبهمًا مفتقرًا في دلالته إلى ما يضاف إليه، وأما الأخرى فاستعمالها اسمًا عامًّا دالًّا على الوضاعة، واقتضى اتساع استعمالها ظرفًا أن يكون لها من الأحكام التركيبية ما يناسب الغرض منها، وأن تتعدد دلالاتها السياقية، وسأحاول أن أقف على هذه الأحكام والدلالات، وأما (دون) الاسمية فأشير إليه من غير تفصيل لأنه لا يختلف عن غيره من الأسماء.
