Article 14 of the Saudi Banking Control Law (1966) and Article 10 of the Saudi Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law (2003) state that auditing by two independent auditors is mandatory for banks and insurance companies. These joint audit regulations are aimed at improving the independence of the auditor. In accordance with Article 130 of the Saudi Companies Law, in recent years few Saudi-listed firms, other than firms in the banking and insurance industries, have voluntarily appointed two independent auditors.
The decay index n of a horizontal magnetic field is considered to be an important parameter in judging the stability of a flux rope. However, the spatial distribution of this parameter has not been extensively explored so far. In this paper, we present a delineative study of the three-dimensional maps of n for two eruptive events, in which filaments underwent asymmetrical eruptions. The corresponding n-distributions are both found to show that the filaments tend to erupt at abnormal regions (dubbed ABN regions) of n.

PISA will release its results in two months and the whole world holds its breath and waits. PISA is an assessment that focuses on the cognitive skills of the 15-year-olds students. The results of the 2012 survey show the continuous improvements of the Asian countries which now outperform the rest of the world. There are certainly some critics regarding this survey, but the rigor used in all the steps is unanimously acknowledged and hailed. A large number of statisticians have been involved, particularly in the survey design, and some complex methods have been used.
