This course covers fundamental aspects of molecular biology with emphasis on human genome: composition, chemical and physical properties, genes, and gene products. The course covers most DNA-associated processes such as replication, transcription, translation, as well as DNA transposition, recombination and rearrangements, gene expression, and recent advances in molecular biology.
