 The course provides students with an analytical approach to understand various topics in International Finance. The course covers foreign exchange markets, balance of payments, elasticity and the absorption approach to the balance of payments, macroeconomic policy in an open economy, the monetary approach to the balance of payments, fixed and floating exchange rate regimes.
