Course Description
The course covers the medicinal chemistry of different chemotherapeutic agents such as antibacterials, antifungals, antivirals, antiprotozoals and antimalarials. A special section will be assigned for cancer and anticancer chemotherapy. Emphasis is given to the mechanism of action, SAR and metabolism of these agents.
