Course Description &Objective
This course aims to provide students with the knowledge and the skills needed to  develop the strategic thinking . Upon completion of this course students will learn how to conduct various analysis (EX.SWAT Analysis) and develop a strategic Plan , and understand how to apply various strategies in different situations.
 

The Purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the field of Organizational Behavior (OB).  The course explores concepts and theories related to the individual, the group, and the organization.  Emphasis is given on developing knowledge and skills to assist you in understanding the way people behave in work setting.
