This course will teach the student how to design the foundation of the structures considering the site and structure characteristics through different topics include an introduction to site investigation, types of foundations, bearing capacity of soils, evaluation of the settlement of foundation, design of shallow and deep foundations.
 

Course description:  This course introduces the principles of management information systems. In particular, the MIS 206 course provides students with the educational background to the technologies of information systems and to then development of large-scale information systems. Please note that the material presented in this course takes a management approach rather than a technical approach.
