This course builds on the knowlede acquired from Med Course 341, and takes the students into a higher level of knowing the medical conditions in depth, with emphasis on diagnostic and therapeutic approach of the common and serious health problems.
Med Course 341 is a medicine course given to third year students in the college of medicine. It prepares the students with the clinical knowledge and skills required to practice medicine. Students should be able by the end of the course to take history from and do physcial exam to the patients. The course is given over one year with weekly lectures and sessions.
الهدف من هذه المادة هو تعريف الطالب بأهمية قياس وتقويم اداء العاملين والموظفين داخل المنظمات، ولذلك يحتوي هذا المقرر بالتعريف بالمجالات التي يستخدم فيها قياس وتقويم الأداء وكذلك المراحل والأساليب المختلفة للتقويم. بالإضافة غلى ذلك يتطرق هذا المقرر إلى العوامل المؤثرة في عملية تقويم الأداء وكيفية معالجة المشاكل الناتجة عن عملية القياس والتقويم.
