Abstract — In this paper, the stochastic probability
model of genital herpes epidemic system and the proposed
transitions in this model will be discussed. The local
stability analysis and chaotic behavior of the model will be
studied. Numerical solution and the chaotic behavior of
the model will be shown graphically. The dynamical
estimators of the unknown rates and their up- dating rules

The present paper discusses chaos, estimation and optimal control of the habitat
destruction model with unknown parameters. The linear stability analysis of the steady
states of the model will be discussed. Further, the chaotic behavior of this system will be
investigated. The dynamic estimators of the unknown parameters and their updating rules
are derived. Using Pontryagin principle, the optimal control inputs are derived with respect
to a selected measure. Finally, a numerical simulation study for various parameters and

In this paper, we will discuss the problem of chaos and control of a stochas-
tic lattice gas model for prey-predator. Such system follows a stochastic dy-
namics composed of three Markovain sub-processes which are the birth of
prey; the death of prey and simultaneous birth of predator, and spontaneous
death of predator. The stability analysis and chaos of the stationary states of
one-site correlations will be discussed. The optimal control inputs that ensure
