This course aims to help the students understand human behavior in organizations. It also helps them to develop analytical skills necessary for identifying, diagnosing and solving behavioral problems at the workplace. It provides for the study of be ha vi or at the individual level in terms of perception, personality, motivation, learning,. creativity, values and attitude~. It also .provides for the study of behavior at the collective level in terms of group dynamics, conflict, leadership and communication.
