This course is concerned with the fundamental knowledge, applications and systems of multimedia.

This course covers the following topics: The object oriented paradigm, classes, objects, methods, inheritance and polymorphism. It also covers frameworks and reusable software, requirements engineering, UML and diagrams, design patterns, architecture and design. Testing and Quality software processes and project management will be studied as well.

In this course, we will focus on the advances in area of Enterprise Resource Planning, The major topic that we will see are: Customer Relationship Management(CRM), E-government advances, Mobility and ERP, E-SOA architecture, Cloud ERP, ERP implementation.
This course will also initiate the student to the research, since each student or group of student will select a topic or a group of paper to read, criticize and present a summery.

This course is concerned with the fundamental knowledge, methods and skills needed to analyze, design and implement computer-based systems. It addresses the role of the systems analyst, the techniques and technologies used, and the ethical considerations in requirements specification. The Object-Oriented software development life cycle approach, modeling techniques and development phases are comprehensively discussed and reviewed. In modeling techniques, process models, information models and object oriented models are thoroughly described.
