Operating Systems

This course is introduction to the basics of computer operating systems. Topics include operating system principles, concurrency, scheduling and dispatch, memory managment and virtual memory, device management and file systems. At least two operating systems are compared and contrasted.

This course deals with the pharmacological actions, therapeutic uses, mechanism of action, adverse effects, contraindications and drug interaction of centrally acting drugs such as stimulants, sedative, hypnotics, anxiolytics, general anaesthetics, anti-epileptics, anti-emetics, anti-parkinsonians, anti-psychotics, opioid analgesics, anti-depressants, and anti-emetics

This course deals with the introduction of basic principles of pharmacology and the pharmacological actions, therapeutic uses, mechanisms of action, adverse effects, contraindications and drug interaction of autonomic drugs, cardiovascular drugs, diuretics, and autocoids

This course deals with types of normal metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, and minerals. The practical part of this course deals with determination of serum or urine of some items as glucose, protein, hemoglobin, urea, uric acid, lipids, and some enzymes, also the clinical significant of each.

يهدف مشروع التخرج إلى أن يقوم الطالب بأعمال تصميمية متعلقة بمشروع معماري متكامل قام باختياره، على أن تشمل هذه الأعمال على التعريف بالمشكلة التصميمية، وتأليف الأفكار التصميمية لها، وإعداد التصميمات الابتدائية، وتطوير التصميمات المعمارية مع مراعاة الأنظمة الهندسية والعناية بالأمن والسلامة والتنقل وسهولة الوصول، وإعداد التصميم الفراغي الداخلي للمشروع والكتلي الخارجي له، وأخيراً كتابة تقرير معماري مختصر، وعرض المشروع وتقديمه شفوياً للجنة المناقشة. مع مراعاة أن يعكس المشروع المهارات والقدرات الفكرية والتعبيرية التي اكتسبها الطالب كنتيجة لتحصيله الدراسي بالقسم.
