Electronic commerce describes the manner in which transactions take place over networks, mostly the Internet. It is the process of electronically buying and selling goods, services, and information. Additionally, electronic commerce is also about electronically communicating, collaborating, and discovering information.

This course is an introduction to the basics of computer operating systems. Topics include operating system principles, concurrency, scheduling and dispatch, memory management and virtual memory, device management and file systems. At least two operating systems are compared and contrasted.

Students will learn how to practice clinical nutrition in hospitals, primary health care, and private medical centers. In addition, this course will focus on nutrition support, nutritional assessments and therapeutic diet plans for patients with pulmonary, cardiac, metabolic, and infectious diseases.
