The aim of this study was to measure Quality of Life (QoL) among Saudi patients attending accredited and non-accredited hospitals (ACCHs, NACCHs respectively). Health studies that deal with health policies outcomes especially health accreditation is rare. Employing WHOQOL-Bref tool to measure health outcomes, this study explores the impact of health accreditation in Saudi Arabia (SA) on patients’ physical, mental, social, and environmental well-being. the result indicated a high level of QoL among the participants.
