        التمييز بين أقسام الكلام والتعريف بخصائص كل قسم.
        الفرق بين المعرب والمبني.
        معرفة الجملة الاسمية ومكوناتها والعوامل الداخلة عليها.

this course is designed to introduce students to paragraph structure and organization, i.e., topic sentence, supporting details, and concluding sentence. It is also designed to teach students to write cohesive and coherent paragraphs on specific topics, using language appropriate to each topic. The paragraphs are of the following types: descriptive, narrative, expository, classificatory, and instructional. Students are also trained to write personal, informal letters and business letters.

this course is designed to equip students with the necessary reading skills through reading and comprehension of a variety of short passages that are descriptive, expository, and dialogic. Comprehension is stimulated through a variety of questions and exercises, especially those generating the ability to guess meaning of words, main ideas in paragraphs and across paragraphs.

This intensive Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing skills course is designed for elementary level English students. Students in this course will learn and practice key aspects of causal conversation and professional discussions. Students will learn the basics in understanding professional conversation and note taking.

This course enables students to understand spoken and written English and use it in their daily life. It also provides the students with comprehensive knowledge of English skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
The course consists of three major components, vocabulary and grammar, reading and writing, listening and speaking. The course takes the students from false beginners to elementary level in the four skills listening, speaking, reading and writing. It also ensures that students can use a range of relevant vocabulary and form basic sentences. 

The course aims at providing pre-intermediate students with knowledge of the basic structures of English in context. Verb tenses are given pre-eminence as one of the objectives of the course is to enable students to express themselves confidently while making clear and appropriate time reference to the past, present and future. The course also covers nouns, definite and indefinite articles, pronouns, adjectives and adverbs. The student is trained to identify and use simple sentences, simple sentence types, coordinate sentences and complex sentences.

Vocabulary One introduces students to word class, sound and word pronunciation, and word meaning in context. It concentrates on word formation, collocations, some phrasal verbs, and some basic functions and notions. It also draws attention to degrees of formality in language use.     

The listening component of this course aims at further improving and consolidating listening skills. The student is trained to listen and comprehend authentic recorded speech samples, which are more advanced in content than the material covered in level 3. The major part of the course incorporates recorded materials including numbers, figures, dates, statistics, and a variety of discourses.
