The co-op training/internship covers application concepts, theories and knowledge to be applied in the shop floor environment. The difference between theory and practice are taught and firs hand experience is given to the students. Students are exposed to the real time practices which will help them in understanding and coping up with job requirements.

This course provides students with knowledge of the basic principles of the strategic planning for human resources, as part of an organization's comprehensive planning.  It includes such processes as job analysis manpower planning and recruitment, selection and appointment

The Purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the field of Organizational Behavior (OB).  The course explores concepts and theories related to the individual, the group, and the organization.  Emphasis is given on developing knowledge and skills to assist you in understanding the way people behave in work setting
