This course is designed to enable students to read a variety of unseen passages and answer comprehension questions. It also aims at encouraging students to guess meaning of words from context, analyze paragraphs and skim for the main idea, scan and distinguish between general and specific statements. The course will also help students to paraphrase main ideas, identify points of view and analyze morphological elements.
