Abstract
Fungal infection involving the sclera is extremely rare.  We report a case of a 53-year old man who developed post-traumatic Aspergillus fungal scleritis after trauma caused by branch of a tree.  Diagnosis was made after tissue biopsy and successful outcomewas achieved by scleral debridement, dura patch graft and topical Amphotericine B.  The patient had no signs of infection for 6 months after discontinuation of medication.
