شائع بن عائض آل دريس القحطاني

مختصر السيرة الذاتية
ولدت عام 1394 هـ في مدينة أبها. متزوج، ولدي 3 ابناء (زياد، إياس، أديب).
عملت معيدأ ثم محاضرا منذ عام 1418 هـ بكلية المعلمين بالدمام. عملت استاذا مساعدا بكلية التربية في جامعة الدمام من عام 1433 الى عام 1435هـ (2013-2015). اعمل حاليا استاذا مساعد بكلية علوم الرياضة في جامعة الملك سعود منذ شعبان 1436 هـ (يونيو 2015).

التعليم :

  • 1414 - 1417هـ (1994-1997) : حاصل على بكالوريوس التربية البدنية من كلية المعلمين بأبها بمعدل 4.21 من أصل 5 .

1420 - 1422هـ  (2000-2003): حاصل على ماجستير العلوم في علوم الحركة من جامعة الملك سعود بالرياض بمعدل 4.78 من أصل 5.
اتمام اطروحة ماجستير كمتطلب برنامج. عنوان الرساله: الخصائص البدنيه والفسيولوجيه المميزة للاعبي كرة الطاولة السعوديين.
الاشراف الاكاديمي: بروفسور خالد بن صالح المزيني.

  • 1428 – 1433 (2008 – 2012) : حاصل على الدكتوراة في فلسفة فسيولوجيا الجهد البدني من جامعة كوينزلاند للتكنولوجيا في استراليا.

عنوان الرساله: تأثير شدة التدريب المتقطع على مستوى اكسدة الدهون والسلوك الغذائي لدى البدناء الرجال.

  • 15 ديسمبر 2014: زيارة جامعة ليدز في بريطانيا بدعوة من بروفسور قراهام فلنسن، وتقديم سيمنار عن نتائج الدراسات التي شاركت فيها حول التدريب المتقطع عالي الشدة، والاطلاع على مختبرات الرياضة والتغذية بالجامعة.
