Healthcare Administration

This course provides a foundation in Healthcare Administration. The course introduces students to the types, structure, and functions of Health Care Organizations and Systems. The course will, also, introduce students to different managerial functions, roles, skills, and tools required to manage a health care organization. The student will learn to relate health administration issues to the situation in Saudi Arabia.
