Performance analysis and management
The course will enable students to play a vital role in measuring performance in their organizations. They might assess their unit’s contributions to the company’s profitability, productivity, customer loyalty, innovation, and other key performance indicators defined by executives. They will be able to select and track performance measures for their unit, to identify a company’s financial performance and nonfinancial performance, assess the ability to draw on internal data and external data, to examine lagging (backward-looking) indicators and leading (forward-looking) indicators, to assess the ability to weight subjective performance and objective.
