TECH 438 - Neural Basis of Sensory/Motor Control

 This course will provide the student with in-depth knowledge of sensory/motor integration. It will discuss theories of nervous system organization as they pertain to sensory/motor behavior. It will emphasis synaptic transmission and synaptic plasticity as a basis for the development and maturation of the nervous system, neural basis of somatosensation, nervous system control of posture and movement, and proposed mechanisms for sensory/motor interaction.
