• What is event marketing?
• Apply the process of event marketing for attending the opening ceremony of saving campaign.
• The basic information for Ceremony of saving campaign is: 
  • Date :  31 October 2017.
  • Day : Tuesday
  • Place:  king Saud university – Hamad Aljasser hall
  • Time: 7 pm
• All updated information will be on their Website.
• Write a report about your way to attract people to attend and participate in this campaign.
• Report is only 5 pages including : theoretical part  + practical part + prove of attendance.
• Deliverables are expected to be : number of attendants for the ceremony, and number of participants for the campaign activities:
• Points are given according to this outcome:
  • 50 attendants + 0 participant = 4 points.
  • 50 attendants + 20 participants = 7 points.
  • 100 attendants + 20 participant = 15 points.
  • 100 attendants + 50 participant = special rewards.
• Last day for submission the final report is 14th November 2017.
• Prove of attendants should be approved by the instructor before applying.
