This course guides students to produce an independent research project based on a topic of their own choice. Students are expected to introduce their topic and its background at the start and they receive feedback on its feasibility for completion within the span of one semester. The course directs students during their investigation of the topic and helps them transform their initial aim into solid objectives and relevant research questions. It advises them to a suitable methodology for analysis of literary texts towards achieving their stated objectives. It aids them during the process of writing their research and towards orally presenting it to interested members of the department.
