The basic objective of this study was to find out the impact of organizational justice on employees' burnout. This study was conducted at (20) private hospitals in Riyadh. Organizational Justice Questionnaire (Niehoff and Moorman, 1993), and Burnout Inventory (Maslach, 1982) were used for data collection. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 15 Version) was used for data analysis. Pearson Correlation shows that organizational justice has a significant relationship with employees' burnout. Regression analysis shows that (30.9%) of variation in job burnout is due to variation in organizational justice, (25.1%) of this variation due to distributive justice, (27.8%) due to procedural justice, and (26.3%) due to interactional one.
