this course is designed to give a basic understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of immunology, including immune responses, immune reulation and immunopathology. By the comletion of the course the students will be able to perform and interpret various immunological assays used in clinical immunology laboratory and will be familiar with cell seperation technique, in vitro assays for evaluatin of CMI and tissue typing.
