DEH 347 - Clinical Dental Hygiene II

This course is a continuation of the previous clinical practice course and includes the treatment of special patient populations, individualized patient counseling and management, advanced periodontal instrumentation, introduction to ultrasonic scaling and air-powder polishing devices, and the delivery of local anesthetic and antimicrobial agents.
