               The course focuses on the health care management of individuals with acute and chronic health care problems; analysis of manifestations of clinical problems in terms of the physiologic and behavioral mechanisms by which alterations occur is emphasized. The use of different nursing conceptualizations and paradigms for synthesis of theory and practice is            further emphasized.
