The logarithmic, exponential, hyperbolic and inverse hyperbolic functions. Techniques of integration: substitution, by parts, trigonometric substitutions, partial fractions, miscellaneous substitutions. Indeterminate forms, improper integrals. Area, volume of revolution, work, arc length. Polar coordinates.
