PROJECT

  • TRIESIML 2013 :

TrieSIML tool for locating all structural interacting and non-interacting motifs occurrences in a set of RNA sequences. TrieSIML is an efficient and flexible web based server for locating a user- defined RNA structural motif in numerous RNA sequences. Flexibility can be achieved by 1) allowing the user to define his motif with different formats. 2) allowing the user to define and submit his motif through a friendly user interface on the web server application,3) providing a system repository to speed up accessing the database, 4) allowing the user to search sequences provided by him or located in the sequence database repository, 5) providing the user with the results in a clear efficient way.
