Dr Kashif Ghafoor
Bio:
I completed my PhD in Food Science & Biotechnology from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea in 2009 and then joined Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea for 1 year as a post doctoral fellow. I joined King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2010 as faculty member and currently serving as Associate Professor. My areas of research interest include Natural Antioxidants and their Activities, Innovative and Green Processing Methodologies for Improving Safety and Applied Food Chemistry.
