Ashraf Mohamed Ali Mashaly
Bio:
Prof. Ashraf Mashaly has received his PhD in 2004 from Department of Cellular Neurobiology, Goettingen University, Germany. He has worked as Assistant professor at Zoology department, Minia University, Egypt. Currently, he is working as a Professor at Department of Zoology, College of Science, King Saud University, Riyadh, KSA. Prof. Mashaly is having number of research grants from different funding agencies such as ‘The National Plan for Science and Technology’, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, King Saud University, Riyadh etc. His core research activities are mainly focused to study the ant behavior and forensic entomology. He is serving as an expert Reviewer for the large number of well known journals. Prof. Mashaly has published more than thirty research publications in international journals and has presented more than ten research papers in conferences/symposia. He is member of various scientific societies such as Saudi association for natural science and Egyptian German Society of Zoology.
