Long Case Exam: Student will be give an hour to take history and perform physical examination on a real patient. Then he/she presents the case to two examiners along with the physical findings. A few questions related to the case and a few unrelated questions will be asked by the examiners. He/She may be asked to demonstrate a physical exam technique or show his/her findings.
For example: in a patient with diplopia, student is expected to do History of presenting complaints, systemic review, past medical and surgical history, medication history, social and family history, and allergies.
Student is expected to perform a full physical examination including: vistal signs, neurological exam, Cardiovascular exam, chest and abdomen exam, skin and musculoskeletal exam.

Short Case Exam: Student will be given seven minutes to demonstrate physical examinaiton on a real patient. Two cases will be given to every student.
For example: Examine vision and oculomotor nerves.
Student is expected to perform inspection for ptosis, skin changes, visual acuity, visual field, color vision, fundoscopy, pupillary response to light and near targets, pursuit and saccadic eye movement, cover-uncover and cover-cross cover testing for ocular misalignment.
