Bio: 
An experienced Associate Professor from Department of Management, College of Business Administration, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Prior joining to King Saud University, he was a Senior Lecturer from International Business School, University Technology of Malaysia (UTM). My expertise is in the areas of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Behavioral Intentions and Quality Design and Services Management. My research papers have been published in many international business journals such as, The Service Industries Journal, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Services Marketing Quarterly, The TQM Journal, Clinical Governance: An International Journal, Journal for Global Business Advancement, and International Journal of Islamic Middle Eastern Finance and Management. I have successfully conducted workshops for numerous private institutions and Ph.D students in the areas of Exploratory Factor analysis, Multivariate Data Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling. Over the past 20 years, I have been involved in both academic and professional at an international level which is an added advantage to my professional experience.
