    I would like to inform you of the new changes regarding  the submission of your work. Instead of handing in your first draft as a whole, I want you to divide it into thirds and submit it in three parts. Every parts will be graded out of five marks. You are expected to hand in your first part of your first draft on Wednesday, the 25th of September. I will be in my office waiting for your papers. However, if for any reason I was not in my office when you arrive, please place it on my desk, and I will collect it when I arrive. Please don't forget to attach a copy of the original to your translation, and DO NOT FORGET TO WRITE YOUR NAMES ON IT! Remember that there are marks on submitting your work on time.
