In my M.Sc. thesis, I studied the effect of cholesterol percentage on the rigidity of the vesicles membrane as well as its effect in releasing the drugs from the encapsulated vesicles using light scattering technique. PhD degree from UK, University of Leeds, School of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, April 2001. Title: Biophysical Studies on Phospholamban My PhD was about phospholamban (PLB) protein, the principal membrane substrate for cardiac protein kinases to control the calcium pump.
