Achraf El Allali

Dr. Achraf El Allali Achraf El Allali has recently obtained his Ph.D from the University of South Carolina. He ranked fourth place nationally in both his Baccalaureate degree in Morocco and Bachelor’s degree in USA. His doctoral research has produced a state-of-the-art algorithm for gene prediction in metagenomics sequences. His research focus is in the areas of Bioinformatics, especially genomics and metagenomics analysis. He is currently an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science at King Saud University.
