التعريف الشخصي: 
Saleh received his B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia in 2006, his M.A.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Victoria, Canada in 2010, and his Ph.D. in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University, Canada in 2016. He is now an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Engineering, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. Currently, he is working on improving the bandwidth usage and power consumption caused by multimedia streaming over mobile networks. His research interests also include the configuration of single frequency networks and the architecture of multimedia broadcast multicast services in cellular systems.
