MKT 452 Service Marketing

Service Marketing & Management is an elective course focuses on managing and delivering service exellence. The attraction, retention, and building of strong customer relationship through quality service. The basic concepts covered in the course include: the differnces between marketing services and product services, therole of service, the customer role in service creation, service design, and service using technology, finally international service.
