The Frequency and severity of Disasters are increasing globally especially climate related hazard which had been changed, exposing more people and a greater value of assets to disasters (As it can be the main reason for undermining economic growth and development as well). Nowadays many (developed) countries adopted the idea of planning the city for climate change that providing the city not only with the necessary Actions (adaptation, mitigation) and precautions that insure the city resilience and inhabitants’ safety, but also contribute to quality of life to have livable cities.
