Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are now the norm in all types of businesses. Familiarity with such systems is therefore essential both in its own right and as preparation for any future career in business. This course provides the students with a broad understanding of the fundamental concepts of ERP systems and explains their strategic, tactical, operational influences on businesses. It introduces the ERP functionalities and capabilities in contrast to the unintegrated information systems.
