يهدف هذا المقرر إلى إعطاء الطالب معلومات عامة في الجانب العملي عن بعض الأنواع اللافقارية من حيث الخصائص والتركيب والتكاثر مع توضيح الأنواع الضارة للإنسان والحيوان وطرق انتقالها إليه, ودراسة الشكل والتركيب التشريحي والفسيولوجي للأجهزة العضوية المختلفة للفأر كنموذج للحيوانات الفقارية.
