Econ 542 Applied Econometrics

The course provides the students with the basic mathematical and analytical tools they require to carry out applied econometric work.
For the first task, formulating an econometric theory, the course adopts a very analytical and simplified approach. For the subsequent tasks, it explains all the basic commands for obtaining the required results from economic data sets using econometric software.

The Individual Education Plan (IEP) Process for Students with Intellectual Disabilities in Saudi Arabia: Challenges and Solutions

This study attempts to critically explore the process underpinning the creation of Individual Educational Plans (IEP‟s) in the Saudi context. As such it explored the creation and implementation of IEP‟s for children with intellectual disabilities at mainstream boys‟ schools in Riyadh. The aim was to contribute an understanding of this process through the collection and analysis of qualitative data about Saudi Arabian educational policy and practice and to contribute to the broader international literature.

يهدف المقرر إلى تعريف الطلاب بمبادئ التعليم ذات الصلة بعملية تدريس التلامبذ من ذوي الاعاقة الفكرية وتزويدهم بأهم الاستراتيجيات المتعلقة بالعملية التعليمية مع التركيز على البرنامج التربوي الفردي  كأحد الإطارات الحديثة في مجال التدريس  لذوي الاعاقة الفكرية ، حيث يتم ممارسة العديد من الأساليب التدريسية المختلفة  مع الخذ بالاعتبار لتوظيف لبرامج تعديل السلوك .
