الهدف من المقرر تزويد الطالبة بأهم المعارف في مجال الإدارة المدرسية من الناحية النظرية والتطبيقية من خلال دراسة مفهوم الإدارة المدرسية ونشأتها وتطورها وعلاقاتها بالإدارة العامة والتعليمية والتربوية والصفية، واستعراض أهم أنماط القيادة التربوية، ونظريات الإدارة، والعمليات الإدارية والتعرف على أهمية الإدارة المدرسية ودورها في تنظيم وتنسيق الأعمال الفنية والإدارية في المدرسة، وكذلك التعرف على مهام ومهارات مدير المدرسة وسماته والصعوبات التي تواجهه في أداء عمله ومهام العاملين معه، بالإضافة إلى دراسة حالات واقعية في الإدارة المدرسية لربط الجانب النظري بالواقع العملي.
Aim: The main purpose of this study is to determine the factors which influences pediatric emergency nurses to report medication errors.
Methods: The study utilized descriptive correlation design with 200 conveniently selected pediatric emergency nurses from the tertiary hospitals in Saudi Arabia. SPSS Ver. 17.0 to was used to determine the average weighted mean, standard deviation and rank.
Abstract: The present study aimed to explore the salient beliefs of female adolescent in Saudi Arabia that may influence their intentions with regards to engagement in physical activity. The three constructs of Theory of Planned Behaviour were used to identify the behavioural, normative and control beliefs that influence the decision to engage in physical activity. Open- ended interviews were conducted by Skype with 25 students during June 2016. Twenty-one modal salient beliefs were identified that influenced whether or not participants decided to engage in physical activity.
Abstract: The perceived of those susceptible to breast cancer (BC) such as female adolescent is significant. Early detection lead to early prevention. The present study aimed to probe the perception of female adolescent at age group of 15-20 years in Riyadh about BC (phenomena) and the relationship between demographic characteristics of students and their perception regarding BC as a way of improving high school student toward health knowledge. A cross-sectional prospective study conducted among governmental and private school students.

The course is designed to provide the students’ knowledge about the research process in nursing field. It focuses on complex research designs and analysis of multiple variables. Emphasis will be placed on techniques for control of variables, data analysis, and interpretation of results. The interrelationship of theoretical frameworks, design, sample selection, data collection instruments, and data analysis techniques will be analyzed in depth. Content will be discussed in terms of clinical nursing research problems, Students will be required to design a nursing research proposal.
The purpose of this course is to study the basics of epidemiology that help students in applying these basics in research conduction. Moreover, the course identifies the role of epidemiology in measuring the occurrence of health related states among population and in evaluating the effectiveness of preventive programs and health care services. The course also helps in studying distribution and determinant risk factors of health problems.
