SUMMARY:The studies related to the impact of clinical pharmacist intervention in the drug-related problem are lacking. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the clinical pharmacist interventions and probable impact of these interventions in cost minimization by reducing direct medication costs at a specialized cardiac center in Saudi Arabia. This was a retrospective observational study conducted at Prince Sultan Cardiac Center (PSCC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
