Dear Students, The attachement describes a case that I would like you to study. This case is intentionally short and lacks important details. I would like you to study this case and analyze it, email me about all the lacking information you would like to know in order to solve this mysterious problem and help in treating the patient. You might feel that this case is a little difficult, but if you spend enough time studying it, you will be able to figure out the underlying disease and plan the necessary treatment.

The attached file is a guideline to how to approach a musculoskeletal radiography. This part is a skill that any physician should master to some extent. The best way to improve your skills is to try and read as many images as possible.
