يهدف هذا المقرر إلى تعميق معرفة الطلاب بالخامات البيئية المحلية المختلفة وخصائصها، وإمكانياتها التشكيلية، كما يهدف المقرر إلى تنمية قدرات الدارسين الإبداعية في معالجتها، معالجة الخامات وتعريفهم بمكانتها في التراث الشعبي بالمملكة وفي استغلال البيئة المحلية . ويتضمن المقرر ممارسة التشكيل الفني باستخدام هذه الخامات ومعالجتها بما يحقق علاقات فنية جمالية تشكيلية. كما يهدف هذا المقرر إلى تعريف الطلاب بالإمكانيات الفنية التشكيلية للخامات المستهلكة وتزويدهم بالخبرات اللازمة للتشكيل الفني بها والتأليف بينها.

Course Description:  Riemann Sums, Area, Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, Definite Integrals, Numerical Integration. Transcendental Functions with their Differentiation and Integration, Indeterminate Forms. Techniques of Integrations, Improper Integrals. Applications of integrations: Area, volume and Arc Lengths. Integrals in Polar Coordinates. Parametric Equations for Curves.

This course is an introductory course to literature, specifically, the main genres: fiction (short stories), poetry, and drama. Students are introduced to the literary elements of each genre and are trained to trace these elements in specific works. The course concentrates on providing an elementary literary vocabulary as well as introduction and practice in the skills required for the reading of literature for writing about it.
