 The purpose of this course is to provide the students with conceptual understanding of Decision Support Systems (DSS), decision-making process, and modeling in Management Support Systems (MSS). It also includes the key technical and managerial issues in the effective design, development, use, and evaluation of intelligent decision support systems in business organizations.

The course deals with the basic concept of management information systems; management information 
systems and operation; strategy and information system; system in solving management problems; information 
technology: machines, information technology programs, communications, databases and file processing, 
organization of systems automation (offices automation). 

أن يعرف الطالب/ الطالبة تعريف علم النفس الصناعي، ومعنى الثقافة التنظيمية والحوافز، والدافعية وضغوط العمل وكيفية التعامل معها، ونظريات الإدارة. كذلك يتوقع من الطالب/ الطالبة بعد دراسة هذا المقرر أن يعرف كيف يطور نفسه في مجال العمل، وما الذي يجب أن يساهم به في المنظمة حتى يصل إلى أفضل النتائج. كذلك معرفة الاختيار الصحيح لكلاً من الرئيس والمرؤوس و وضع الفرد المناسب في المكان المناسب.
