PhD in Computer Science from the University of Manchester working as a data scientist in AI and Bioinformatics. Applying machine learning and AI techniques, developing a mathematical model to analyse large datasets.
Research interests:
Artificial Intelligence: Gaussian Process, Search techniques, Blind Search, Heuristic Search, Branch and Bound techniques.
Machine learning: clinical decision support systems, Bayesian analysis, boosting and bagging ensemble learning, classification and regression, dimensionality reduction.
Bioinformatics: modelling RNA-seq analysis to identify differentially expressed genes, gene network, trajectory inference, spatial and temporal gene modelling, locate branching points, Genome Rearrangement, Sorting by Reversals, microarray gene expression and high throughput sequencing assays analysis.
