475 TRNE Simultaneous Interpreting

This course aims at training students to conduct simultaneous interpreting from Arabic into English and vice versa, in an effective and accurate manner by drawing on a wide range of speeches. Students are introduced to the different techniques used in simultaneous interpreting. Emphasis is also placed on overcoming all possible linguistic, cultual, social and psychological problems, which may have an impact on the required precision and pace.
